Welcome To Crescent Public School
Crescent Public School started functioning in 1997 in a humble way under “Crescent Charitable Society” at “Puthiyodu” near Chaliyam town. The Crescent Charitable Society was reconstituted as “Hajee A.P. Bava Charitable Trust “ in 2002 under the guidance and patronage of late Hajee A.P. Bava Sahib. The school was shifted to the present spacious and comfortable location at ‘Vattaparambu’ on Chaliyam Kadalundi road in 2003. Crescent Public School got CBSE affiliation in the year 2006 and was upgraded to the senior secondary level in 2008 The school strictly follows the syllabus in accordance with CBSE, New Delhi. The medium of instruction is English, other languages like Malayalam, Hindi and Arabic also will be taught.

FACULTY EMPOWERMENT
Faculty empowerment programmes are conducted one month before to the opening of the academic session. Teachers are guided well enough to proceed the year. Attending defferent training sessions conducted by sahodaya complexes and capacity building programme by COE Trivandrum as and when it is available.

I would like to thank the almighty for the past and place ourselves under His protection and guidance, for the future, we have completed twenty three years of striving, dedication, hardwork and sincerity in our endeavor to provide quality education. Looking back on the past years, one has to acknowledge that Crescent public school has done an excellent service for the cause of education in the most congenial and healthy environment. The aim and motto of the school is not commercializes education, but continues to remain an institution of service. The speciality of this institute is that it has made quality education accessible to all, high and low, rich and poor alike.
During our journey, the school has created an ambiance that fosters learning, as it provides the students with opportunities to explore and grow, through situations, that challenge them to identity their strength and reinforce them. In this regard the words of the great scientist Albert Einstein are memorable when he said “ I don’t teach my children, I create condition for them to learn”
